The application process with Pango is streamlined and efficient to get approved tenants moved in quickly. Here are the basic steps:

Finding a Home:
Browse our listings on the website or mobile app to view photos and details of available properties that match your criteria. Be sure to take note of the address if you find one you love.

Setting Up an Appointment:
Contact me either by phone, email, or through the portal to schedule a viewing of the unit. I can usually show the home within 1-2 days.

Submitting an Application:
Once you’ve viewed the home and want to apply, return to the listing page and click “Apply Now”. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, date of birth, email, phone number, and desired move-in date.

Paying the Application Fee:
The standard $4 application fee can be paid securely online. This covers the cost of running background and credit checks.

Uploading Supporting Docs:
I’ll need pay stubs or proof of income, a copy of your photo ID, and you can also provide landlord references. Upload these directly to your application.

Application Processing:
It usually takes 1-2 business days to verify your information and references. You’ll then receive an email with my decision – approved, denied, or pending additional documents.

Signing Your Lease:
If approved, you can e-sign your lease directly online and immediately receive a copy. Move-in details will be confirmed!
